Megan Lee Earl is the Lead Designer at the Wisconsin Historical Foundation, where she leads a multidisciplinary creative team to develop innovative, brand-aligned solutions that enhance visual storytelling and support the Wisconsin Historical Society's goals. With 14 years of experience, including seven in leadership roles, two at the Foundation, Megan Lee has built a diverse portfolio across industries like consumer products, real estate, retail, tourism, and restaurant branding. At the Society, she is overseeing the rollout of three major brands, including our website redesign, while managing high-impact print materials, signage, and creative initiatives. An award-winning designer and brand strategist, Megan Lee is focused on creating scalable, sustainable brand systems and mentoring emerging talent, all while driving the organization’s mission forward.
